Caroline Bartle has three decades of experience in the health and social care sector, with twenty years spent post-MBA. She has substantial experience in helping organisations assess and enhance their dementia care environments, focusing on creating positive changes within care settings.
Her work centres on dementia care, organisational learning, and leadership. Caroline develops capacity-building programmes that aim to support managers in effectively integrating technologies into their practices, improving the use of data for organisational learning, and enhancing overall efficiencies.
Caroline is also an entrepreneur, having founded three businesses. She combines her practical experience, research background, and entrepreneurial mindset to explore new approaches and develop solutions. Her work aims to contribute to the development of compassionate care environments and forward-looking strategies in dementia care
Tanya has been involved in planning, delivering, evaluating, and supporting organisational change across the health and social care sectors for over 30 years. She has a proven record of success in directly and indirectly influencing the experiences and outcomes for people living with dementia by utilising her extensive knowledge of the practical application of person-centred care models.
Flexible, intuitive, and adaptable, Tanya is recognised as an inspirational coach and is renowned for her straightforward and compassionate style. She has extensive experience supporting individuals, teams, and organisations in developing, understanding, and applying policy within statutory obligations.
With experience working at both practice and senior management levels in the UK and Australia, she has developed a broad range of skills from the opportunities afforded by working alongside and within a wide variety of statutory, private, and voluntary services.
